Every Chariot battery comes with a 5-year warranty. If it fails within that period — for any reason that isn't physical damage from an accident — we replace it completely, at no cost. No arguments.

No bank account is required. Payments can be made via mobile money (OPay, PalmPay), direct cash at any Chariot hub, or through your fleet owner if you're part of a managed fleet. We built our model for the informal economy.
